Our local Sams Club closed over the summer. They were very good about refunding memberships. I expected them to pro-rate it, but the refunded the entire year. Account closed!
Now fast forward... my wife just noticed that they auto-renewed our membership, charging us for another year! So I called them the next day... they said they could not talk to me since we put my wife as primary on the account. Screw them, I called the credit card company and reported an unauthorized charge. They would talk to me!
