Just to endorse Tom's note, it is also my understanding that the Tudor body tool does exist. The 426 Ramcharger engine did reappear in the MPC "Ramcharger Dune Buggy" kit c. 1968 ,,,,the one with the Logghe chassis, and you can even see the Tudor Model A Grille Shell....

...which was part of the Ramchargers Dune Buggy kit, in the chrome tree of the Model King Cougar Funny Car from a few years back. So where the 426 Ramchargers engine tooling lies is anybody's guess at this point!

I think the idea of including the Tudor body as a bonus in the Pickup/Woody kit is a great idea for bringing this body back to the market.
