I started with the AITM Corbitt kit, then opened the hood and stretched the cab to include a sleeper. The chassis donor was the AMT Ford Louisville. The Continental gas engine started out as a Roll-Royce engine from the Monogram kit. Sanders are also from AITM, and wheels and tires are from Moluminum. Decals came from the RM '37 Ford panel truck kit, and my decal drawer. I finished the final details the night before the GSL. No awards there, but I got a Third Overall finish at a local IPMS show on Saturday. Plans are to donate the truck to the Corbitt Museum in Henderson, NC, where the Corbitt trucks were built.
