Finished this one up recently. It's the old AMT Phantom Vickie kit with a few changes made to it. I wanted a model that looked traditional on the outside. But, be modern underneath. The chassis is straight out of the box. Wheels and tires are from the Revell '32 tudor. The rears were widened. Paint is Stainless Steel. The engine is from the kit. But, I backdated it with with fake Hemi valve covers. The injection setup is from the AMT '53 Ford pickup. I added fuel rails to modernize the injectors. The body got the cowl and windshield frame from the Revell '32 roadster. I also used the fenders that have been lengthened to fit the wheelbase. Paint is Tamiya Mica Silver. The interior got the seats from an AMT '34 sedan. I reworked the top to fit the new windshield frame. Top and interior are painted with Tamiya Dull Red. This was just a for fun build to empty out my parts box a little.
Thanx for checking it out!
