Here's another build from last winter that I finally got around to taking outdoor photos of. This build is the Revell/Monogram Peterbilt 359. I built this with no planned outcome, just building to build. I lengthened the frame, swapped fuel tanks from an old Revell of Germany "Bill Signs" built-up, front wheels from an Italeri 377, the air cleaner and taillight bar from a Revell of Germany Pete 359. I added extra step boxes and the mirror braces are spare parts from the AMT Peterbilt Pacemaker chrome tree. Funny thing about photos, you get to see what you forgot to do - the mirror head lamps and the bumper fog lamps still need to have appropriate color applied. Speaking of colors, this built is Duplicolor Bright Red and some shade of Gold off the Duplicolor rack.
Thanks for looking!
In this rear view, you can see that I eliminated the interior tub mounting slots and added the raised notch to lower ledge of the rear of the sleeper (this is the allow the sleeper and chassis to flex and not contact each other).
