There are lots of pics of '37-9 coupes in TRJ... was a popular '50s early '60s go-to for Gasser builds *NM*

Welcome back! Regarding the '37, Tim Boyd did a build in SA a while ago, and the magazine also did a review that touches on some of the assembly quirks *NM*

Re:Welcome back Dragger. *NM*
Thanks! *NM*
RE: AMT '37 Chevy my only comment is that I never cared for the stock steel wheels. You may not be using those anyway. If you're building without running boards they'll need to be removed from the frame (molded to frame). *NM*
Pretty typical AMT for the era... didn't Tim Boyd just do a gasser build? *NM*
Yes.....see my response below....TIM *NM*
Fender to running board fit can be tricky, also the stock two-piece hood should be fitted (and fitted again) prior to paint *NM*
'bout time you got your butt back here!! L.O.L. Welcome back, Old Dragger. *NM*

Yes I did...it was the August 2017 issue of Scale Auto....TIM *NM* *LINK*
Re: I'm baaaack.......a question .....Also plan to build mine as a 6cyl powered. Do you plan to use a later 230/250 style 6, or the Hilborn injected GMC from the 51 Chevy kit? *NM*
The Wayne/Fisher head in the '51 kit is a GMC piece but the block is Chevy. The Monogram 1/24 scale '53 Chevy engine might make a good 1/25 scale Jimmy *NM*
Motors are undecided at this point! I'm going to use what I already have so.... *PIC*
Pretty sure some of the other overheads from the Trophies would work nicely
Great to have you back, O.D!!!!. *NM*
Re: I'm baaaack.......a question . Very NIce to see you back posting. Welcome Back.
