Re: I just love dem B-body Mopars! *NM*
Those Bacca-ruda coupes have started to grow on me. I didn't used to like them. (Same with 62 Galaxie "slow-backs"). *NM*
That dark red pick-em-up is gorgeous, every bit as handsome as Fords and Chevys of the same era. I'd love to have it! *NM*
Love dem Power Wagon pics. Thanks, Bill. *NM*
Just my personal preference: I love them all except the pre 1970 BARRACUDAS. mY COUSIN OWNS A NICE '69 NOW, BUT i THINK THEY'RE JUST UGLY.
I'm with you on the 1967-1969 Fast backs. I can't stand them. But the 1967-1969 Coupe/Notchbacks are BEAUTIFUL to me. Would love to see a 1/25 kit of one of those..........*PIC*..........
Snagged the picture for an idea when I build the 67 I got from Modelhaus. Thank you. *NM*
I used to know Bob Reed, and those SS/A Barracudas are especially gorgeous with the wheels up! *NM*
Ugly? Seriously? Nooo...they're sleek and beautiful!! *NM*
"Ugly" seems to be just a word people throw around these days for things they don't like. :-) *NM*
Well, that new Tesla truck is pretty nasty looking. lol! *NM*
Nasty like its cool or nasty like a puss pimple on a butt cheek? *NM*
Like an oozing puss pimple on a butt cheek. lol! *NM*
Ditto! I always thought their successor in 1970 in comparison to look bloated, and inside it's dark as a cave *NM*
Dual exhaust? On a Slant-6? *NM*
Re: Dual exhaust? On a Slant-6?....Sure. Why not? Gets the same improvements as on a V-8. Needs to be retuned. Have added hedders and duals on Chevy I-6s. Works great with a 4bbl carb. *NM*
Some header company (Clifford?) made 6-cylinder headers. They were 3-into-1, X2. So you automatically had two head pipes, and the logical thing to do would have been to run the two pipes all the way back. *NM*
Tell Aston Martin they dont need duals on an inline 6. Splitting the exhaust manifold is one of the oldest tricks in the book. *NM*
Speaking of Aston Martin, have you seen the trailer for the NEW Bond movie next year, 'No Time To Die'? Bond is driving TWO vintage Astons iun the movie!
Don't really consider those as vintage, to me has to be pre-DB like an Ulster or a 2 Litre. Think the only James Bond movie I ever saw was Goldfinger. *NM*
Love them pre-C body Mopars, then again, I love them all! *NM*
That '56 Plymouth 2 door pic took me back to 1957...
Always thought the 55 and 56 Plymouths were one of the nicer looking cars of that period, designed before someone put something in Exner's coffee and he went fin crazy. *NM*
Sure like the 74 up Chrysler limo..Very nicely done conversion by ? *NM*
Probably Stageway. Seem to recall reading that they did several stretched Chryslers back in the day. *NM*
