No to both of your questions according to the Chrysler books........INSIDE.......

These 3 are the High Impact colors that the bumper is available in:

EV2 - Red / Ceramic red

FJ6 - Avocado

GY3 - Yella / Citron Yella

.
.
.
.
.
These 3 are the NON - High Impact colors that you could get it in:

GF7 - Green / Medium Yellow Green Metallic

GB5 - Blue / Bright blue metallic

GY9 - Gold / Dark gold metallic

.
.
.
.
.
.
I included the color chart that shows examples of the colors to show the names of the colors that we are used to hearing them called. For example, FJ6 Avocado we are used to it being called Sassy Grass Green, not avocado that Chrysler called in its books. So, :

EV2 - Red / Ceramic Red = Tor Red (Dodge hemi orange)

FJ6 - Avocado = Sassy Grass Green (Dodge green go)

GY3 - yella / citron yella (Dodge Curious Yellow)

GF7 - Green / yellow green metallic = Sherwood Green (Dodge Dark green metallic)

GB5 - Blue / Bright blue metallic = Bright blue metallic (Dodge Bright blue metallic)

GY9 - Gold / Dark gold metallic = Dark Gold (Dodge Dark Gold metallic)
.
.
.
.

So, although there were more than 3 High Impact colors available on a car, only 3 of those High Impact colors could be ordered to paint the bumper with. Also, there were 3 NON - High Impact colors available to choose from to paint the bumper.
