- AMT did a '71-3 Pinto that could be built stock. The reisssue of the '77 in U.S. Mail colors is a stock-only kit.

- I don't believe those were popular for use on other engines. If they were on a Chevy engine that got swapped into something, they might be kept, but they didn't really get used on other engines IIRC *NM*

- 76 Pinto was the only use of the "checkerboard" grille. All round headlight Bobcats had a unique grille with raised center section. *NM*
- The Fireball Modelworks MOPAR 3 2 bbl carbs and intake are listed as 1/24 scale. Can I still use these on the MPC 1/25 scale 1970 Coronet Super Bee ? *NM*

- As far as I know, the MPC ones are the best Pintos; quite accurate bodies, platform-style interiors, decent undersides, realistic underhood details Time for Round2 to reissue their MPC 1978 Pinto sedan!! *NM*
