What is one vehicle from your past ownership that you wish you never lost or sold?
That's why I was stoked when Round2 came out with this kit. *NM* *PIC*
Me too! Maybe at some point they'll tool up a tall rear spoiler for it so you don't have to spend more $$$ for a resin one or rob the BM kit. *NM*
Beautiful artwork
My 1952 Kaiser Manhattan *NM*
My 1965 Chevy II Super Sport; my first drag car. *NM*

'57 Chevy 210, 283 three deuces, 3 on the tree. Sold it before my first marriage, he wrapped it around a tree 2 weeks later. Shoulda been a sign...
My 1988 Toyota PU single cab/short bed with a light-weight Brahma shell. 22R/4sp manual with 350k+ miles and it ran like a champ. Nice little scoot around town vehicle. *NM*

One car? That's tough, but I guess the '46 Dodge pickup. *NM*
1970 Road Runner unrestored original 43,000 mile car..Had to sell during my stroke period in 1998..Was featured in Hemming Muscle Car in June 2014.. *NM*
Re: What is one vehicle from your past ownership that you wish you never lost or sold?
1990 'Corvette ZR1 *NM*
Sorry, but I can't name just one, as there are two that I equally regret selling... *PIC*
A toss-up - the '70 Barracuda, the '68 429 T-Bird, and my plain old '96 Mustang *NM*
Well, there is a list of all the cars I have had in my profile, each fun in one way or another, but for the highest fun quotient it would be the '70 Z28 base full bumper with only the Z28 option and 4 on the floor, with deleted pollution equipment, Mallory dual points
I forgot to note 2 PICS in my post, above. *NM*
Out of about sixty...so far... I'd say it's a tossup between a '68 XR7, a '66 Belvedere h/t and a '64 Valiant ragtop, with a '66 benchseat Mustang a-code coupe not far behind :) *NM*
Well, all of my new cars have been better than the one they replaced. But I do have a soft spot for my 2000 Saab 9-5 Aero Wagon. Fast, great handling, beautiful and roomy. *NM*
I only ever had four cars in forty-odd years of driving. *LINK*
Nice reminiscences, with pictures even! We had the Cortina in Canada for many years, in the end replaced by the first-gen Mercury Capri. I recall they were all that colour, too! *NM*
Terrific story. Thanks for sharing. I am not familiar with the cars you describe but agree with your philosophy of long term use. My experiences of "long term" only range from 10 to 13 years and around 135K miles, though. Congrats on your greatly extended time frames! *NM*
My family has always kept them until they wore out.
Re: My family has always kept them until they wore out.......Same here. Average ~12yrs per vehicle. The racecar that was bought in 1988, is still on the trailer *NM*
My 1973 Mustang notchback, 351 Cleveland H.O., 4 speed, 3.91:1 locker. Really impressive musclecar for a 17 year old to have back in 1989! Sold it in 1990, haven't seen it since. *NM*
1968 Z/28 Camaro *NM*
1970 1/2 Camaro Z/28 I t-boned a 66 Pontiac lemans that pulled out of a drive way. I was going 45mph. I miss that car terribly and had dreams for years that it came back photo in 1974 *NM* *PIC*
I feel your pain, George. My '70 Z28 was T-boned on the driver's side by a teenage girl that ran a 4-way stop sign one evening back in the day. It took forever for the morons at the giant Houston Oldsmobile dealership's body shop to repair it to sort of close to acceptable
My first car, 1957 chevy bel air, bought when I was 15 and had it paid for by the time I could drive. Thanks for loan Dad. craig cochran *NM*
Mine would be my first car 1970 Mustang coupe with a Canadian Mercury 302 motor swap linked up tot he original 6 cyl standard trans. Would scream from light to light. *NM*
1969 Javelin 390 I bought when I was 16. I traded in my 1962 Biscayne which was the first car I bought. *NM*
Re: What is one vehicle from your past ownership that you wish you never lost or sold?......ONE? There are several...
65 Falcon 2 door HT, factory 289 auto., converted to 4-speed and painted it bright red with old school 5 hole polished slots. Miss that one!! *NM*
Re:My 55 Chevrolet 4 door. First car I still own was stolen from storage..I still have the title. *NM*
1969 Boss 302 Mustang...daily driver for several years *NM*
