Seen similar fonts, but have my font books packed away. A full side shot would help. Also most of the lettering then was done by sign painters, so even if it was based off a particular font probably would have his variations to it. So find that straight on side shot, blow it

up and scan it. Then use a vector program (Illustrator, Corel Draw, Inkscape) to clean it up and size it, then print to decal paper. If you don't want to invest the time (steep learning curve on most vector programs) might try contacting the local community college, art institute, etc. and see if a student would be willing to do it for a few bucks.
