Beautifully done engine Art but not an I-Block. 1964 was the last year for the 223 CID I-Block as 1965 introduced two new sixes, a 240CID and a 300CID. The intake and exhaust manifolds are on the driver's side of the engine and the oil filter and fuel pump are

on the passenger side of the I-Block engines. The air cleaner also did not have a snorkel like the '65 engines. How do I know? In the 1970's my best friend had a 1965 F250 longbed stepside with the 300 and a heavy duty 4 speed trans, and I currently own an I-Block equipped 1956 Ford Customline Victoria....
