Sunoco was a prime sponsor for the Penske Trans-Am cars. I simply searched, "Sunoco Blue" and this was one of the first hits to come up.

Please don't ask me what a "hexadecimal color code" is- I haven't a clue. Maybe another search- like a cross referenced PPG number? Hope this is some help.
