Not a Photoshop job as they routinely do stuff like that. Typically, it’s a retired Mack DMM twin steer ready mix. *NM*
Looks to me like the strapping is putting a lot of pressure on the passenger side of the lift's cab and tank. Shouldn't they do as level a lift as possible? *NM*
It’s common to do what’s called A Mid Air Roll. The casualty is on its side so I they rig to lift and roll it back on to its wheels while it’s in the air. *NM*
