At the risk of opening a can of worms, I've heard a rumour Testors regular non-MM, non-acrylic are being discontinued. Fact or fiction? *NM*
May be re-branded as a Rustoleum product, further clouding the differences between hobby and non-hobby finishes *NM*
Time to move on from Testors. If they don't want the hobby market, there are other good choices out there. JMHO. *NM*
AMEN! *NM*
I'll use up what I have and call it a day........ *NM*

I agree Mark. *NM* *LINK*
Why? *NM*
AGREED!! If they don't want to be in the hobby paint biz....let's help them out.....
I've not heard that, but I made the move from Testors not that long ago, and really have no regrets. *NM*
Switched to Tamiya 20+ years ago (and Gunze 5 years ago) and never looked back. Do miss the metalizers, though. *NM*
That would be surprising. It’s a brand sold in lots of craft (non modeling) stores. And they’ve cut their other brands like MM to consolidate behind the Testors brand. But who knows. Was the source of your rumor acting based on knowledge or speculating? *NM*
With the death of local hobby shops, I'll just use up my stash and search the back aisles of wallyworld. *NM*
Auto part stores have a pretty good selection of colors in decent sized cans. *NM*
I used to think that of my local Auto Zone, then a few years ago they seemed to have changed paint brands and at the last time I checked only carried the proverbial Silver, Red, Black and White despite the variety of colors on the road. *NM*
It's probably simply a "game of telephone" gone wrong. People discussing the MM and other Testors lines going away suddenly becomes ALL Testors paints going away. Sadly people don't pay attention to details or only listen to half the conversation and pass on bad information *NM*
Thanks, all. I'm hoping it's not true if nothing else but nostalgia. Like or hate Testors, it's hard to imagine the hobby without a brand that ubiquitous *NM*
